For a limited amount of time, the Grand Council is considering applications from the general public for a position on the moderator team. Please note that we may decide not to take any new moderators at this time, but we are open to seeing who may be interested in a position. To learn more about this process and apply, please go here. Make sure to read thoroughly. The application process will close in early January. Please apply sooner rather than later.

If you are having a problem with another player, click here to open a case. This is the only way to get help from a moderator when you are having a problem with another player. If you have a question about how the game works, you should contact a member of DATIA (click here).

If you witness a violation of the game's Terms of Service, you should contact a moderator. Theft, cheating, rude behavior, and harassment are just some of the reasons why you may want to contact a moderator. Please note that you cannot contact a moderator directly about a problem you are having. You must submit a case using the link above in order to get a moderator to help you out with your problem. If you don't it isn't likely that your problem will be solved.
